Called in to get a service paid by Discount Tire. I was welcomed to come in asap, customer service was humble and helped to take care of my vehicle maintenance 100%. I had some wait but again I was welcomed in at short notice and I was able to get my vehicle back within 2 hrs, which was not a problem at all. I was happy to drive home safe! Thank you!

This place is hands down the best automotive care center in San Diego. I've had a couple vehicles in and out, for big jobs to simple repairs and I each time, was comfortable in the abilities of the techs they have on staff. I would 100% recommend this establishment to anyone needing their vehicle serviced. I will be using this place until the combustion engine is outlawed haha. Plus the muffler shop across the way is very good as well.

I was in town for the week moving my son into his condo for school. On the way down my car temp started to go up to 3/4! Pulled over and I had a leaky heater hose. I googled auto repair in my area and MVAC popped up at the top and I noticed they had great reviews and in business for a long time and they were only one mile away. I called and spoke to a young lady and told her my situation. I know most repair shops schedule you days or weeks out but I was leaving in 2 days. That's when she let me speak to Marvin (I think the owner) and he said bring it in and we'll take a look. Marvin was very accommodating and he called me back 30 min after dropping off the car. He was able to replace the parts the same within a few hours and I was back on the road by 5:pm, 3 hours later. He did what needed to be done and didn't charge me extra or try to upsell me a new engine...lol OMG that's what I call a lifesaver! I was able to stick to my schedule and get my son moved in! I HIGHLY recommend Marvin and his shop to anyone!!!

I will definitely be back! My battery was dead and I needed help ASAP. Marvin was great on the phone, very patient with all of my questions and concerns when I arrived and I even got free love from Baxter the 4-legged shop assistant. I got text updates and calls to let me know the pricing and progress as well as the diagnostics for my battery showing it needed to be replaced, but I never felt pressured or hustled. He even drove to the dealership to pick up the correct battery that was needed, thank you! I was back in business in just a few hours!

Mission Village Auto Care saved me and my pup! We came in after driving from Missouri to California through the desert with no AC. Not only were they kind, quick, and affordable they fixed my AC when no one else could. I previously paid to have it charged and serviced at other shops only to have it stop working days or weeks later. I was skeptical, but not only did the AC work all the way home it is still keeping me and my wiener dog cool months later. They also did a full work up on my vehicle and sent an interactive report. They were respectful about my choices and did not pressure me. I would definitely recommend them! Thank you so much Eric and the team at MVAC!

We would like to thank Mission Village Auto Care for being so helpful this week! Our daughter's car was towed by Western Towing on move-in day to her very first apartment. We went to retrieve the car which was basically new, less than 500 miles, and were horrified to hear a metal rubbing noise by the wheel on our way back. Not wanting to drive it too far not knowing what was going on we stopped at Mission Village and one of their team members immediately identified the problem and fixed it on the spot! The tow company had bent some protection ring around the brake pad. Friendly, super helpful and they knew their stuff! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The car was also about 10,000 miles past due for service so they took care of the recommended maintenance at the same time.
